The CCCA is supported by a number of directors representing various community interests (Neighbourhood Watch, School Outreach, Parks & Recreation, etc). The names and email addresses of those directors can be found on the About Us page. If you are unsure who to contact or if you have a general inquiry, please use the form below.
If your inquiry is regarding an operational issue (e.g. grass cutting, road maintenance, traffic lights, etc) please dial 3-1-1 to reach the City of Ottawa services Contact Centre.
To compliment or complain about city services, or if you have a concern with a policy or planning issue, please contact your city councillor's office. The CCCA area falls within Ward 1 - Bob Monette (bob.monette@ottawa.ca or 613-580-2471) and Ward 19 - Rob Jellett (rob.jellett@ottawa.ca or 613-580-2489)
