Dear Cardinal Creek residents:

As many of you are aware, your Cardinal Creek Community Association recently hosted "Gabriel Pizza Hockey Afternoon in Cardinal Creek".  If you attended our February 21 event, we would most appreciate your feedback, as we are in the early planning stages for a summer community BBQ.   Please take a moment to send us your thoughts by reply e-mail on the following:

1.  What did you like most about our Gabriel Pizza Hockey Afternoon event?

2.  What are some of the elements we could improve on (your recommendations)?

3.  How did you hear about our event?  Please indicate all that apply:  
    a) media stories (which newspapers or tv/radio stations);
    b) Cardinal Creek Tribune newsletter sent via Canada Post;
    c) our website: www.cardinalcreek.org; 
    d) colour poster at sponsor locations / community centres;
    e) school newsletter;
    f) word of mouth.

4. What are some of the activities you would like to see for a summer community BBQ event?

We are of course always looking for volunteers; please let us know if you would like to join our summer BBQ organizing committee.  Thank you for your input and continued interest in the Cardinal Creek Community Association and our activities.
